Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within New Zealand only. All orders are delivered via ARAMEX New Zealand courier services.


2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

If alteration services are required, dispatch may take up to 5 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

ARAMEX Auckland collects orders from our warehouse on Tuesdays and Fridays.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • Auckland: 1–2 business days

  • North Island: 1–3 business days

  • South Island: 2–5 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations or factors beyond our control.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

All applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.


5. Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched, it will be handled by ARAMEX New Zealand.

While we use reliable courier partners, delivery timeframes may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions or courier delays).

However, under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA), we remain responsible for ensuring your goods are delivered within a reasonable timeframe.


6. Authority to Leave (ATL)

Unless otherwise requested, parcels may be left at your delivery address if it is deemed safe by the courier.

If you require signature-only delivery, please contact us prior to dispatch.


7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customers.


8. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery (or as soon as reasonably possible).

Under New Zealand consumer law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods are not delivered in acceptable condition.


9. Delays

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us.

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, goods must be delivered within the agreed timeframe or, if no timeframe is specified, within a reasonable time.
